About the company:
A fantastic opportunity to work for a well-respected organization in the Brisbane market. You will be joining a busy and growing contact centre team in providing the highest level of customer service to their customers.
About the role:
* Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone, email, face to face and digital medium.
* Meeting the needs and motivations of the customer and providing a tailored level of advice to achieve high level customer service outcomes.
* Modify and adapt communication style as required to best suit the needs of the customer.
* Identify and communicate possible improvements to service position.
* Any other administration duties as required
About you:
* You will have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience - ideally within a high-volume call centre
* You will have experience in dealing with customers face to face
* You will have a passion for providing the highest level of customer service
* You will have great written and oral communication skills
* You will have intermediate to advanced PC skills
* You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your time accordingly
