This role brings data analysis, insights and process improvement skills paired with a clear understanding of Greenstock's operations to support at various levels of problem solving.Partner with a wide range of teams, both internal and external, to identify, analyse and articulate business requirements around various programs of work as our SME.Perform analysis and provide data driven insights to support at various levels of problem solving, optimising business performance.Provide a proactive and innovative lens to problem solving while drawing on different perspectives to provide considered recommendations.Support with maintenance of key data products, data governance and support analytics and insights.Proactively seek out continuous improvement opportunities to streamline business processes.Curious and know how to ask the right questions to develop business requirements.What you'll bringAs our Business Analyst for Greenstock, you actively collaborate and support our teams with defining and mobilising new and existing business requirements.
You will partner with technology and analytics to provide required tools and data to a range of key stakeholders.Ability to communicate complex data and information to a broad audience; able to make the complex simple through verbal, written and visual communication.Analytics and quantitative modelling with capability to analyse information, identify trends and prioritise issues, and provide actionable insights.Self-motivated, continuous improvement focused and capable of prioritising and effective time management.Financial and commercial acumen with experience in similar roles, and relevant tertiary qualifications.High proficiency with Google cloud suite and MS Office, especially MS Excel, SQL and experienced BI reporting tools WBI, Tableau, Power BI.What you'll experienceYou will be joining corporate Australia's largest onsite finance team of over 800 team members.
