About this Position: Achieve sales targets in a specific territory through the development of new applications using Loctite technologies at end use level both in an original equipment level and in maintenance and repair situations throughout the industry.
What you’ll do:
1. Execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers.
2. Execute customer roadmap and manage/close respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities and execute pricing actions.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
4. Provide input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, and competitive situations in territory.
5. Coordinate with TCS to conduct line trials and resolve customer requests and complaints.
6. Deliver KPI growth targets within defined territory/accounts.
