As a Business Development Manager focusing on Mobile Access, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of mobile access sales and solutions in the organization. You will develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and work with internal teams and external tech partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The role will be responsible for both managing existing clients through expansion and technology upgrades and the acquisition of new clients. Your primary focus will be to increase revenue and profitability by promoting the adoption of mobile access technologies and solutions. As our End User Business Development Manager, you'll support HID's success by: Developing and executing strategies to grow the mobile access business, including identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and conducting competitive analysis. Working with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver mobile access solutions that meet the needs of clients and drive revenue growth. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conducting Key End-user seminars to better understand the required features & functions of future technologies. Providing educational/awareness briefings for End-users to reinforce HID Global's role as "Trusted Advisor". Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential new products or services that can enhance the mobile access portfolio. Expanding and maintaining a comprehensive database of key and named end-user accounts. Cooperating with and coordinating company internal technical resources and project teams to effectively communicate the expansion / transition to future technology. Collaborating with marketing teams to develop messaging, collateral, and go-to-market strategies for new products or services. Participating in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote mobile access solutions and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. The position requires a knowledgeable and experienced business professional to drive Mobile Access adoption opportunities and sales within the Top 150 private enterprises in selected industries in ANZ. The actions of this position will result in HID Global being the "Trusted Advisor" in Digital Credentials to both the End-user and Influencer communities; creating pull-through sales value to the supply channel for HID Global's products and services. The professional shall feel at home being the "voice of HID" in front of senior managers and decision makers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, with a focus on mobile access/digital technologies or related industries. Experience in selling SaaS offerings highly recommended. Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies and achieving revenue targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions. Knowledge of the mobile access industry, including key players, technologies, and trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and creativity. Willingness to travel as required. Language Skills Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing. Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc. Computer Skills Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc. Work Requirements Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems. Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport.
