Working with the CRM and System Administrator, you will be responsible for building new functional innovation and supporting core capability across the Microsoft Dynamics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM/ Sales) and Azure platform, solution design input and being part of the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:
• Lead technical advisory and design for Microsoft Dynamics.
• Plan, configure, and implement Dynamics, CRM, portals, websites, data models, integrations, and workflows.
• Maintain code repositories and technical documentation, including solution designs, data models, and architectural diagrams.
• Apply best practices for architecture, development, and deployment; conduct code reviews and offer guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to achieve business goals.
• Develop entity relationships, data models, Power Platform, and enterprise data management strategies.
• Design and implement data integrations using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and third-party APIs.
• Stay current on industry trends and Microsoft Azure and Dynamics advancements.
• Support digital projects within Microsoft environments.
• Lead or support technical projects, advising the Director on key technical components.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and artefacts.
• Provide technical advice to internal teams and assist the Director in strategic digital decisions.
You will have demonstrated the following experience:
• Tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
• 3 years + experience in developing and deploying applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service or Sales) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Model-driven apps, Power Automate, Power BI, DataVerse) and security best practices.
• Demonstrated Experience in JavaScript.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications is desirable.
