Our Student Marketeers are the face of the Red Bull brand and are our product ambassadors both on & off campus. The purpose of the role consists of three folds, approaching consumers driving positive product trial, awareness and help establish Red Bull consumption in different moments of need. Supporting our sales teams through sales drives, merchandising and other sales support activities. Also working at Red Bull events to help ensure an unforgettable consumer experience with the brand. Our Student Marketeers are an instrumental part of the organisation, as the eyes and ears on the ground that listen to how consumers perceive our brand and our product, and share these insights with the broader business to support future ideas and opportunities.

1. Live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers. Grow our user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through sampling consumers and bringing the brand to life amongst students.
2. Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible on and around campus. Collaborating closely with our sales teams to open new distribution points for Red Bull and leverage relevant assets from the world of Red Bull to keep us top of mind with everyday consumers.
3. You will show love for the details in all areas of your role in order to deliver executional excellence. Share ideas and collaborate with the team both face-to-face and online. Activity planning is key and you will report in a timely manner and provide local insights, trends and overall opportunities to the wider Red Bull business.
4. Highly approachable, love meeting new people & building relationships.

6. Able to manage part-time work & studies with flexibility of evenings and weekends.
7. Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
8. A desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially marketing, negotiation and sales.

10. A valid and full driver’s license is required.
11. Proficient in written and verbal English.
