This role offers variety as you will work across all areas of operations, products, marketing, risk, and compliance.Main responsibilities: Execute day-to-day fund operations to drive efficiency and maintain complianceMaintain productive relationships with external service and outsourcing providersDocument, implement and monitor compliance with end-to-end procedures, processes, and controls for efficient operation of fund investment and processing functionsIdentify, recommend and project manage continuous improvement initiativesCo-ordinate the creation and distribution of investor reporting and external data reportingSupport the Head of Products and Operations with the maintenance of established product documentation, including constituent and offering documentation, service provider agreements, investor reporting and collateral documentsWork with outsourced marketing consultants for the delivery of agreed marketing initiativesManage the implementation of the risk management strategiesWhat you will bring: At least 5 years' experience in funds management, banking, or financial servicesHighly experienced working with portfolio managers, senior executives, and Board membersCPA / CA / LLB post graduate qualifications (preferred)Relevant DegreeDemonstrated understanding of how investment products are designed and managedStrong understanding of dynamics and client behaviour across distribution channelsDemonstrated understanding of vendor managementPractical knowledge and experience in back-end operations and process flowsStrong understanding of local regulatory requirements and Australian product structuresStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsProject and change management skillsExceptional written and oral communication skillsProficiency with computer applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving, dynamic environment.Ability to manage multiple complicated initiatives and competing prioritiesTo Apply:Click apply now and upload a current Resume addressing the above criteria.
