Leading, coaching and empowering a team – building expert capability within a team by fostering a culture of curiosity, respect and excellence. Engaging and collaborating – working with key stakeholders to identify issues and opportunities, develop and consult on solutions, and establish partnerships to achieve results. Problem solving – being curious and providing complex advice and solutions to workforce matters. Contributing to branch leadership – planning work, managing resources, and aligning priorities with business outcomes.
