We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager based in Chisholm to support our local Projects team with marketing and sales admin! In this full-time position, with the opportunity to enter one of Sydney's leading Real Estate organisations, you will not only be the first point of contact but the backbone to our office operations whilst fostering a positive workplace culture. The variety of tasks will see you overlook the whole customer experience for our valued clients, as well ensure the marketing and administrative requirements are met for the Residential Sales Agents, Associate Agents, and Property Managers. The key functions of this role include, but is not limited to; Marketing Support The preparation of property brochures and flyers, letters, community event campaigns etc. when required Management of online listings, weekly stocklists, signboards, coordination of photography and other in-house marketing activities. Sales Administration and Customer Service Sales Administrative support from listing to through to settlement. Assist the Property Management/BDM team when required Maintain and manage data entry in the CRM (Agent Box) Open and close the office all while maintaining an immaculate presentation Meet and greet clients, manage enquiries, as well as attend to all incoming calls and emails liaise with vendors and purchasers, tenants and landlords to ensure they are receiving quality real estate services. About you Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Advance computer skills (basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded) 1-2 years administration support experience (in Real Estate will be highly regarded) Previous experience in social media and digital marketing within a Real Estate environment Can demonstrate that you can think outside the square The ability to juggle competing priorities and manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced work environment Current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate or Real Estate Licence (not essential) Why Urban?
