As a Chef within our airport lounges, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests.Description:Mostly Monday to Friday including some weekends and public holidays.Travel allowance provided.Our Lounge teams work in some of the world’s most renowned airport lounges across Australia, providing first class hospitality to travellers looking for a touch of luxury, sophistication, and the highest service standards that our country has to offer. The roles will see you interacting with local and international guests, and no two days will ever be the same.THE POSITIONPreparing the service with delicious food using first class produce.Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures.Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum.Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards.THE PERSONCertificate III in Commercial Cookery.Experience in Production, Buffet and a la carte service preferred.A passion for food and exceptional customer service.A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern.ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain.
