Summary of Position:As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, and fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement. Play a key role in advancing the organisation’s strategic goals for Residential Aged Care. Take a hands-on leadership approach by working on-site regularly to support staff and ensure optimal operations across all homes. Requirements: Proven ability to enhance business performance and deliver quality care through effective leadership, strategic direction, and performance monitoring. Skilled in building strong relationships across the organisation and influencing key stakeholders. Demonstrated business acumen with expertise in reporting, analysis, key performance indicators, systems, and risk management to identify and act on trends and drivers. Experience managing multiple operational businesses, mentoring, and coaching managers to develop their leadership and management capabilities. A degree in healthcare is advantageous, but not mandatory.
