In this respect, we contribute positively to the development of the communities that we work in and to provide our employees the support an opportunity to grow professionally and personally in each project, wanting them to feel as an integral part of the Company.We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for one Electrical Supervisor for our Project based in Mildura to grow with our team.Main tasks:Report to and support the Electrical Superintendent in managing the electrical works of the Solar Farm;Manage the electrical workmanship on site in an effective and efficient manner;Be responsible of the execution of the electrical works in the project;Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure their work follows plans and is on schedule and on budget;Analyze drawings related to the electrical package from Engineering and subcontractors;Attend to Internal Coordination Meetings to contribute to the success of the Project;Provide feedback regarding the performance of crews;Oversee and supervise field personnel and subcontractors; managing and supervising Production and Quality of Subcontractors and self-performance´s workforce, making sure they comply with scheduled works and contract´s requirements;Be accountable for site-related action;Ensure the necessary materials and plant equipment are available on site to meet installation dates, whether it is self-performing or subcontracting the activities;Ensure all work is completed in line with the project schedule;Ensure that relevant HSE, Quality and contractual requirements are applied and adhered to;Allocate and coordinate jobs to their workgroup;Develop and effectively communicate the Project Plan and schedule to workgroups;Ensure the quality of work meets the required standards and conduct work audits on job completion;Ensure the delivery of the job within time and cost targets by effective supervision;Promote leadership and teamwork within the workgroups;Manage and monitor the implementation of all health, safety and environmental management obligations and systems at the site;Prepare weekly installation reports and issues/risks;Ensure works are delivered as per contract agreements;Preparation of the daily report with all the machinery, manpower, staff and performance reached in the day;Conduct quality assurance checks on all contractors to ensure standard procedures and regulations are followed;Maintain emergency backups, assess electrical systems and equipment, and make repairs as necessary;Comply with the requirements under the VIC regulation in order to be the Company’s Nominee; andAct as the Company’s Nominee in respect of any and all contracts entered into by the Company in which it undertakes to carry out Building/Electrical Work.Qualifications:Technical Engineer or higher - specialized in Electrical Engineering.Advanced level of English.Three years of experience in construction of photovoltaic plants doing the functions described.In return we offer competitive salary packaging and great staff benefits, the opportunity to develop your experience with one of Australia's leading commercial solar energy companies and most of all an employer who really cares for their employees!
