Le moulin bakery is currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic baker. Making a wide range of rolls, sourdoughs, traditional breads and cakes. This job will be for someone who is interested in baking as you will get hands-on experience and training in all aspects of dough production some of the duties required:
• following recipes
• weighing up ingredients and checking the quality of raw materials
• mixing doughs
• scaling doughs
• hand moulding
• use of bakery equipment
• use of stone and rack ovens
• heavy lifting up to 25kg
• emptying, cleaning and greasing equipment
We are currently seeking a qualified baker for a full time position but new apprentices are more than welcome to apply given they have the right motivation and passion for the job that we pride our selves on.
