About the Role
As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing.
You will work with the Elders team and assist our clients to explore new innovative opportunities, maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events.
Key Responsibilities:
* List, market and sell properties
* Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
* Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
* Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
Requirements:
Hold a Real Estate licence (preferred) and a current driver's licence (essential)
Can appraise properties, and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties
Possess a sound understanding of Real Estate Legislation
High level of commitment and attention to detail
Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
Willingness to work outside of normal office hours
