Roles & Responsibilities: Overseeing invoice processes, ensuring all payments are allocated accurately Assisting with AU & NZ pay run and client refund run Monitoring Ap inbox Actioning internal queries raised by legal staff Allocations and reconciliation Clearing of unallocated payments from bank reconciliation The Ideal Candidate Motivation and drive for continuous improvement. Minimum 2 years' experience working in AP Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail. Maintaining a professional approach in all interactions.
