Maintenance Electrical Fitter – Food Manufacturing
Full-Time Permanent Position
Location: Windsor Gardens, Adelaide, SA
Salary:$85,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)

About the Role:
* Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine adjustments and preventative maintenance on automated equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Equipment Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns on machinery such as mixers, extruders, ovens, pneumatic systems, conveyors, and motors.
* Workshop Repairs: Conduct general workshop repairs using equipment like lathes, mills, pressers, and welders.
* Project Work: Participate in commissioning new equipment and engaging in project work.
* Fault Diagnosis: Identify and rectify equipment faults to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, food safety, and quality standards across all operations.
Skills & Experience:
* Electrical Certification: A full Electrical Certificate or Non-Restricted Electrical Licence (NREL) is essential.
* FMCG Manufacturing Experience: Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments, particularly in food manufacturing, is highly regarded.
* Fault-Finding Expertise: Proven ability to diagnose and fix issues with automated machinery.
* Pneumatics & Motors: Hands-on experience working with pneumatic systems, boilers, conveyors, chain drives, gearboxes, and motors.
* Autonomy: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
