Your new roleThe Oils & Lubricants Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing Inland's lubricant and oil sales out of their Dubbo Depot. You will provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Ideally, you will have or will be willing to gain a broad knowledge of lubricants and oils, and will have a strong background in a sales or retail capacity. You will: Manage sales of oils & lubricants to Inland's Dubbo customer baseDeal with incoming customer enquiries and provide advice based on clients needsAssist with implementation of sales and marketing strategiesWork closely with the Business Development Manage to increase salesAddress any Quality concerns in a timely and professional mannerEnsure stock levels are adequate to meet demand About you: Sales or Marketing Qualification is desirableProven record in a similar sales position, with ability and drive to achieve sales targetsStrong communicator, able to build rapport and maintain strong relationshipsIndustry and product knowledge is advantageousStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteCurrent Drivers licenceAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members and external partners This position is based in the Dubbo office and reports to the Business Development Manager.
