The successful candidate will be responsible for driving their team as they developing efficient rostering systems, minimising manual work, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities/Skills: You will ensure rostering practices are implemented efficiently; meeting client needs while utilising available staff effectively. Mastery over leveraging software systems to enhance our scheduling capabilities is essential. Expertise in managing both planned and unplanned leaves to minimise service disruption will be pivotal. We require a robust leader who can motivate teams, promote a positive organisational culture, and endorse safety within the team. You will be responsible for fostering innovation within teams while driving high performance and ensuring timely completion of appraisals. Exceptional customer service skills are vital for addressing and responding to customer's complaints and feedback timely. You will also maintain constructive relationships with key internal customers and uphold high standards of customer service across team interactions.
