What you'll be doing Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions Providing strategic HR advice and guidance on a wide range of employee-related matters Driving the implementation of HR policies, processes and programmes to foster a positive and productive workplace culture Collaborating with the HR team to attract, develop and retain top talent Conducting workforce planning and identifying opportunities for process improvement Delivering effective learning and development initiatives to upskill our employees Supporting the organisation's diversity, equity and inclusion efforts Serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to the leadership team What we're looking for Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within an advisor or generalist HR environment Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organisational goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated expertise in HR disciplines such as talent management, employee relations and change management A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field (not essential) What they offer This food brand is committed to providing employees with a rewarding and enriching work experience.
