The role requires a customer-focused individual who is reliable, organised and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic office environment. About You: Previous experience in a reception or administrative support role Experience in coordinating corporate travel bookings, including flights, accommodation and transport Experience in logistics coordination or office management desirable Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Essential Licences / Clearances Valid NT C Class Drivers Licence (Manual highly desirable) National Police check NT Working with Children (Ochre card) check NLC Work / Resident permits About Thamarrurr Development Corporation (TDC) We are a Not-for-Profit, registered charitable organisation, owned by members of the Wangka, Tjanpa and Lirga peoples.
