Receptionist - Community Services

About the Role:
As a Receptionist in our Nowra office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective delivery of client services within our Community Services team. Your responsibilities will include providing both reception and administrative support. Proficiency in various systems and software, particularly Excel, along with strong scanning skills, is essential.
This role requires strong collaboration skills with Indigenous communities
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
* Provide high levels of customer service including receiving, screening and directing clients and visitors and responding to site enquiries
* Process accounts and information using Anglicare systems and databases
* Liaise with staff and Snr Administrators to address site issues
* Provide assistance with routine administration and communications related to the site and services
About You:
* Well-developed communication skills
* High level computer skills including MS Excel and databases
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
* Relevant qualification in community services (desirable)
* Experience working in a community service or similar environment (advantage)
* Current paid working with children check (WWC)

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience as an Administrator and the ability to deal with complex client needs and in crisis intervention.
