Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RTO Manager / Compliance Manager to oversee the operations and compliance requirements of our RTO. This pivotal role ensures that we meet all ASQA, CRICOS, and other regulatory requirements, while also driving operational excellence in our training and assessment services.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with ASQA, CRICOS, and National Code 2018 regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the RTO, ensuring smooth course delivery and student engagement.Manage internal and external audits, including rectifications and continuous improvement processes.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training materials aligned with regulatory requirements.Provide guidance and training to trainers and assessors to ensure best practices in training and assessment strategies.Liaise with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry bodies, and training partners.Maintain and update the RTO’s Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS), policies, and compliance frameworks.Monitor and manage student files, enrolment processes, and compliance documentation.Stay up to date with legislative and regulatory changes, ensuring timely implementation of new requirements.Lead the preparation and submission of compliance reports, funding contracts, and audit responses.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Proven experience in an RTO management or compliance role within the VET sector.Strong knowledge of ASQA standards, CRICOS regulations, and the National Code 2018.A deep understanding of training packages, compliance reporting, and student management systems.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience in conducting audits, developing policies, and handling rectification actions.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with trainers, staff, and external stakeholders.Sound knowledge of AVETMISS reporting, PRISMS, and government funding compliance.A relevant qualification in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) is highly desirable.
