We are excited about you because you have:
Qualifications:
* TAE40110 or TAE40116 (including TAEASS501 and TAELLN411) or higher VET teaching qualification
Experience and Knowledge:
* Ability to work in a team and autonomously
* Understanding and respect for the diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of the students
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to communicate effectively across large groups
* A confident and flexible approach
* Flexibility to adjust teaching methods based on the needs of individual learners and the dynamics of the classroom
* Proficient in IT systems and MS Office suite
* WorkSafe accredited for forklift (advantage but not mandatory)
* This position will require the applicant to consent to a national police check and other relevant security checks associated with working within a custodial environment
