Power Generation Asset Manager
Persolkelly have partnered with an Energy Sector government-based client to appoint a Power Generation Asset Manager in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time permanent opportunity for leaders who want to contribute to decarbonisation efforts.
Key Duties:
* Develop and implement the Power Asset Management Plan.
* Optimise performance and reliability of traditional thermal power station assets and inverter-based technologies, including diesel and gas reciprocating engines, solar farms, and wind farms.
* Ensure generation portfolio assets are built and maintained in line with agreed plans and standards.
* Manage relationships with service providers for maintenance, fault response, and approved capital works projects.
* Lead incident investigations.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
* Proven leadership experience in managing teams responsible for power generation assets across the whole asset life cycle.
* Engineering and technical skills in fault finding/troubleshooting of generation assets.
