The Senior Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Victoria office. As part of the Group Services team, this role requires high attention to detail, strong organisation skills and excellent communications abilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up the boardroom for meetings, including audio-visual set up, providing catering as requiredManaging fleet operations, including scheduling maintenance and repairs, daily scheduling, and fleet trackingAssisting with travel arrangements and bookings, which may include hotels, flights and car hireGeneral office housekeepingOrdering stationery and groceries as neededCommunicating with Strata regarding fire inspections, building maintenance and cleaning of the common areasOnboarding and Offboarding of staffMaintaining the asset register, including equipment maintenance & calibrationOrganising and hosting monthly lunches, mid-year events and Christmas function for the officeHandling ad-hoc administrative tasks as requiredDesired skills and experience: Australian Driver Licence (required)Administrative experience with strong organisation & time-management skills, attention to detail & can work autonomouslyStrong problem-solving and negotiation skills, dedicated to delivering effective solutions around fleet, facilities & personnelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Office suiteFlexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbout us: ADE Consulting Group offers high calibre environmental consultants, occupational hygienists and geotechnical engineers to provide a wide range of services, including contamination assessments and remediation, air and water quality assessments, occupational health and safety services including asbestos, mould and hazardous materials surveys, geotechnical and pipeline integrity works, project management and associated NATA lab services.
