Proudly managed by Belgravia Pro, this park reopened in April 2023 and is perfect for an affordable holiday.The RoleWe're currently recruiting an experienced relief park manager, who is highly customer-focused, commercially minded driving business development and equally passionate about guest and local community engagement, delivering exceptional visitor experiences.Relief Managers must have a creative flare for community engagement. You must be hands-on regarding cleaning and grounds maintenance. Passionate about supporting the protection of the environment and culture whilst providing a world-class guest experience in line with the Park Managers.Responsibilities include:Being accountable for all business operation and guest experienceBe hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitudeAbility to problem-solve in a fast-paced environmentLead and supervise small teamsBe accountable for the financial outcomes of the businessAchievement of agreed KPI'sA strong Australian-based support office and local management teams support our park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so Park Managers can focus on delighting guests.Selection CriteriaAn energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approachProven experience in a similar roleOutstanding customer serviceFamiliarity with New Book/ RMS computerised booking system and good computer skillsWillingness to learn and apply our systems and processesWell-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skillsDemonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional mannerAvailability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings. Typical relief management team will support park management in a 2- or 4-day deployment with opportunities to run across multiple venues.Ability to be mobile with personal motorhome or camper; site allocation power and water providedMinimum RequirementsCurrent CPR CertificateCurrent First Aid Certificate (Level 2)Blue Card “P” (National Police check clearance/Working with Children check) or willing to obtain.Legal working rights in AustraliaThe CompanyBelgraviaPRO is a management services company specialising in the operation of tourism properties.
