We have partnered with our Tier One Mining client to find the next Power Platform Specialist to join the team as a key player in their procurement improvement initiative.Role Details:Location: Perth, CBDHours: 40 hours per week / 8 hour daysDuration: 12 months initial contractFlexible Working - WFH 2 days per weekRole Overview:As a key player in our procurement improvement initiatives, you will harness automation and AI technologies to boost efficiency, streamline workflows, and deliver impactful business solutions. Your collaboration with stakeholders will ensure seamless transitions of workflows and applications, driving innovative solutions forward. This role focuses on high-impact automation transformation within the procurement domain.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and document current workflows and automation solutions using the Power Platform.Optimize and migrate existing processes into Power Automate and Power Apps, incorporating AI-driven capabilities where applicable.Develop and customize applications and workflows to enhance procurement-related business processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.Implement and manage data connections, workflows, and automation using Microsoft tools like SharePoint, enhancing data-driven insights with AI.Improve document management and workflow automation through SharePoint enhancements.Provide technical support and guidance during implementation and improvement phases.Ensure solutions meet security standards, perform efficiently, and comply with relevant regulations.About You:Proven experience with the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas).Strong understanding of process improvement, workflow development, and automation.Experience integrating technologies into workflows to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.Essential experience with SharePoint for supporting SharePoint-based improvements.Previous experience with SAP Ariba is a plus but not required.Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for innovating and optimizing business processes using automation.Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and manage requirements.Full working Australian rights will be required.
