Senior Consultant, Security Culture & AdvisoryOpportunities for career progression throughout the businessCollaborative & challenging fast-paced cultureWe embrace diversity & inclusion at our coreA career that gives you moreCreate and execute security culture, advisory, and awareness activities to educate NAB Group teams and colleagues about their role in keeping the bank safe, including defenses against security threats, protecting customer and corporate information, and maintaining the integrity of NAB systems.
You will also deliver initiatives and security outreach activities to NAB customers and the broader community to raise awareness of online threats including cyber threats, fraud, and scams, and simple precautions to protect themselves online, and enhance customer trust in the security of NAB's banking channels.
A typical day will include:Drive and deliver security awareness activities for NAB's customers and the broader community via presentations, online resources, and other outreach activities such as liaison with industry and government partners.Create external security messaging, for example, responding to media inquiries or security incidents.Working with business risk partners and committees to provide data and metrics to raise awareness of security risks and secure behaviors.Drive delivery of the security advisory and awareness program across the NAB Group, including refreshing the mandatory talent pipeline promotion initiatives.Develop strategic security awareness initiatives relating to the direction of the security of the Group, including liaising with external industry partners to co-deliver initiatives.What you will bring:A strong understanding of and interest in current/emerging cyber and fraud/financial crime threats, relevant to the financial industry and customers.Excellent attention to detail.Excellent presentation and written communication skills.Business acumen and experience with developing and executing effective business strategies.Experience with managing and influencing relationships at a senior level in the organization.Skilled at building long-term relationships.Well-developed networking skills with established relationships across NAB/industry.A self-starter with a proven track record of showing initiative.Energetic and results-oriented.Committed to simplification and process improvement.Strong team player.An understanding of change management practices.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
