On average this position will work 20-30 hours per week.Working predominantly on our marine vessel, the Chef is responsible for end-to-end kitchen operations and directing the food preparation process to ensure the highest standard and quality of food production for our guests. The Chef is hands-on in preparing and cooking all dishes on our dinner cruises, and must ensure that the kitchen meets all regulations including hygiene and food safety guidelines.A standard working day may be up to 12 hours between 7:00am – 12:00am, across any of the seven days in the calendar week, including weekends and public holidays.
