This position involves assisting customers with product selections, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The Retail Assistant ensures that every customer has a positive shopping experience, contributing to the store's overall success.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:Greet and assist customers, addressing inquiries and providing product information.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.Achieve personal and store sales targets by actively promoting products.Stay informed about current promotions and store policies.Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.Store Presentation:Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.Assist in setting up displays and arranging merchandise to promote sales.Ensure products are stocked, labeled, and priced correctly.Inventory Management:Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.Participate in stock takes and inventory audits as required.Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.Participate in training sessions and team meetings.Experience:A minimum of 12-24 months of experience in a retail or customer service role is required.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Basic math skills for handling transactions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.Personal Attributes:Customer-focused with a positive attitude.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Flexible and adaptable to change.High level of integrity and professionalism.To Apply: If retail customer service and football are your passions, please submit your resume and cover letter to Massimo.torre@ultrafootball.com.Note: This position requires availability to work full-time, strictly from Tuesday to Saturday.
