Leading a team a team of 6, you will be responsible for: Ensuring timely delivery of business resourcing requirements Developing and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Driving strategy implementation and supporting ongoing business objectives Fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the recruitment process. About you You’re a vibrant and dynamic professional with previous experience managing a recruitment function within a complex organisation. You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor your approach to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Highly organised and proactive, you are able to maintain focus and motivation to see long-term projects through to successful completion. In addition, you possess the following: A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field Experience in using multiple online sourcing channels to identify, engage and attract active and passive candidates High-level of computer literacy, including experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resource Information Systems, databases, MS Office etc. A perceptiveness for screening candidates against Position Descriptions and Vacancy Briefs to identify relevant competencies and key skills Sound organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Why VMCH?
