Your Role:
The Administration Assistant plays a crucial role in our school office, providing support to the school leadership team. This position will assist with all aspects of the enrolment process, including scheduling interviews, maintaining waitlists, and sending letters of offer.
About You:
We are seeking a candidate with relevant qualifications and/or experience, an understanding of, and commitment to, the ethos of Catholic Education. Additionally, you should have excellent time management skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, and a high proficiency in computer skills.

Mandatory Requirements:
A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000, valid Suitability Notice, current First Aid Certificate, ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner, and Australian work rights.
