We are seeking a talented individual to join our Honan Real Estate team at Marsh. This role will be based in the Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the growth objectives of Honan by managing and developing business within our Real Estate team, working closely with the Head of Growth and Strategy and other senior managers to ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction.
We will count on you to:
* Successfully schedule and conduct sales calls and presentations, maintaining a large portfolio of potential accounts and a high frequency of sales work.
* Utilise your existing network, a small list of account leads, and insights derived from targeted research to gain business or interest from small, straightforward potential accounts in a delegated small region or industry.
* Assist senior-level colleagues specialising in various markets and/or industries with various aspects of the deal process to gain broad exposure, new relationships, and relevant experience.
* Maintain a thorough awareness of market occurrences, including important developments, trends, competitors' positioning, and the status of business contracts to assist in identifying potential business opportunities.
What you need to have:
* Demonstrated experience in sales.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
* Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems.
* A valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
