Assist the Chief Financial Officer with budget analysis and providing detailed commentary for stakeholders.
Lead cash flow reporting and assist with the preparation of bank reconciliations.
Oversee financial accounting activities and manage accounts payable and receivables.
Ensure compliance with financial, taxation, and statutory requirements.
Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations, including inventory management.
Undertake special projects, contributing to the development and optimisation of documentation and process improvements.
Liaise with external auditors and support year-end audits.
Manage the month-end close process, including the preparation and review of management reports.
The Successful Applicant CPA-qualified with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounting role.
Strong technical accounting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Hands-on approach with the ability to step in and take over responsibilities where necessary.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
