Maintain the personal calendar and contacts for Chairman and Director.Travel and Entertainment: Manage and coordinate business related travel. Arrange business lunches, events and functions - both domestic and international. In consultation with the Chairman and Director, facilitate personal/family travel including the planning of family holidays, and social events.Business and Personal Administrative support: Provide general administrative support including processing and filing business related expenses, documents, contracts and invoices. Process monthly personal related expenses in conjunction with the Personal Accountant. Carry out background research on products and other items as required. Undertake online and local purchases as required. Purchase and arrange gifts and their distribution. Maintain office kitchen for the Chairman. Screen phone calls, and handle enquiries and requests. Meet and greet visitors as required.ABOUT YOU5+ years' experience in a similar role.A relevant tertiary qualification preferred, but not essential.Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Manages time effectively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Ability to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Always maintains the privacy and confidentiality of information.ALL WELCOMEJust like our wide range and variety of brands, Moose embraces diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
