We have an exciting opportunity in the Corporate Applications team for a FMIS Support Officer.
Reporting into State Manager FMIS Operations you will be part of the team responsible for providing an effective administrative service including secretarial support services, data input and management, and customer and team support services for the Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS) department. The key aspect of FMIS Support Officer role is to maintain files and level 1 support within FMIS to facilitate all processing for eHealth, HealthShare, and Health Agencies, and to ensure compliance with a strong focus on customer service in accordance with service level agreements. You will liaise with key customer contacts across NSW Health for customer system access requirements.

What you will do
As an integral member of the Corporate Applications team, you will:
8. Ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of FMIS functions to ensure that user access forms, password re-sets and maintenance on the SWSD is processed to meet audit and individual Health Agency requirements within agreed timeframes.
9. Handling general FMIS inquiries relating to user access and systems administration and ability to be involved in discussions with customers of the FMIS Operations group.
10. Verifying the accuracy and timely maintenance of FMIS related information.
11. Working in close cooperation with the FMIS Team to ensure timely response to SWSD requests and the provision of a high level and consistent service to customers.
12. Maintaining services provided in an effective and efficient manner to provide the maximum opportunity for checking the quality and accuracy of data used for FMIS Operations.
13. Assisting the FMIS Operations group in implementing and meeting deadlines for the needs of customers and any projects that the FMIS Operations group undertakes.
14. General administrative duties.
About you
The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you are:
15. Experience with StaffLink Finance and Procurement modules, spreadsheet, database and word processing applications.
16. Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data entry from both electronic and manual forms with demonstrated competence in data entry into a Financial Management Information System with the ability to recognise duplications in data entry.
17. Demonstrated ability to take minutes of meetings, attend to follow up actions, develop agendas, provide high level diary management, and be able to maintain electronic or paper filing system to meet audit requirements or as requested by the State Manager FMIS Operations.
18. Proven time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
19. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain an excellent rapport with both internal and external customers.
20. Capacity and preparedness in acquiring knowledge about Financial Management Systems within a shared corporate environment.
