Job Description The role will include (but not limited to): Be responsible for the Event Operations once BEOs are handed over from Event Sales Team; Responsible for overseeing the smooth operational running of social, wedding and corporate events; Ensure strong communication relationships with the Events Sales team; Required to perform duties in the restaurants in the absence of bookings for the events spaces; Support & provide training and development to the Food & Beverage team; Have a keen understanding of weddings, corporate and social events; Support the Food & Beverage Manager in managing labour costs in line with budgets & forecasts and Address & resolve all event-related guests' grievances and escalate when required. Qualifications Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous; Exceptional guest service skills and passion for delivering all event types to the highest standards; Well-developed planning and organisational skills; Effective team player and ability to manage your own time efficiently; You have to be a problem solver and have the ability to think on your feet to meet guests changing needs; High level of attention to detail and organisation and Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people.
