This role will provide strategic and operational advisory services to senior management, enhancing our people and culture initiatives. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that align with organisational goals.Key Responsibilities: Forge influential partnerships with leaders to provide strategic advice and operational support.Lead the Advisory team, ensuring effective delivery of P&C services.Represent the P&C team at local and organisational forums.Manage workforce planning initiatives, including change management and employee relations matters.Provide guidance on complex workplace issues and facilitate resolutions.Develop and implement training and information sessions to foster shared learning.Key Selection Criteria: Proven experience in workforce planning and organisational change management.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.Extensive experience in managing complex employee relations matters.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, including the preparation of high-level reports.Relevant Experience: Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields.A minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR management role.Knowledge of Victorian Public Sector processes and employee relations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
