About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Executive to join our team. As a key contact point for a group of clients or client, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely line of sight on all open items.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication and addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner
Drive Standard KPI and Service Level Meetings to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Maintain a thorough understanding of client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide timely updates to clients
Stay abreast of transformation changes within the organization and have high-level discussions with clients on these developments
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
12+ years of experience in financial services or a related field
Prior client service experience, preferably within financial markets
Extensive product knowledge, including fund accounting concepts, custody activities, and flows
Strong analytical capability, problem management skills, and ability to comprehend client requirements
Effective communicator with proficient written and oral communication, including presentations
