Role Overview:
As a Diploma Educator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Planning and Implementing Educational Programs: Develop and deliver engaging programs tailored to the developmental needs of children.
* Supporting Child Development: Foster the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of children in a nurturing environment.
* Creating a Safe Learning Environment: Ensure a secure, supportive, and stimulating environment for children.
* Building Relationships: Establish positive connections with children, their families, and colleagues.
* Maintaining Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure high standards of care and education.
Essential Criteria:
To qualify for our current vacancies, you must meet the following criteria:
* Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Full working rights in Australia
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current residence in or willingness to relocate to Roxby Downs, SA
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
