Our client is a highly respected commercial construction company delivering large-scale projects across Sydney. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Document Controller to join their team.
As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient document management across multiple construction projects.
Role Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain document control processes, including distributing all required project information.Maintain and update the document control database and ensure the timely preparation of document control reports as required.Assist the project team with document distribution and version control.Implement document control processes and procedures.Update and track document changes and approvals.Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to maintain accurate records.Assist with the preparation of internal and external audits.Accurate use and development of software such as Aconex and SharePoint.About you: Minimum 2 years experience in a document control role within the construction or engineering field.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Aconex and SharePoint.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work autonomously.Remuneration and Benefits: A fantastic opportunity to grow within a leading construction company.A dynamic and collaborative team culture.Up to $100k + super.For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients, please contact Rebecca Rollison at ******, or click apply.
