About the Role We are thrilled to offer multiple exciting opportunities for Power Electronics Engineers at various levels to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. Work to develop world leading power modules for Tritium fast charger products.Improve user experience and product operation through improved software and control.Optimize BoM cost, reliability, and serviceability as key attributes.Improve reporting and software quality to enhance serviceability.Contribute toward the product roadmap, especially the power module and technology roadmap.Suggest and drive technical innovation which balances cost, resources, and features.Work closely with the SDIL and lead module engineers to develop EMS, IQC, and EOL firmware for functional testing of modules as well as for dedicated Automated Test Equipment (ATE).Help to develop and plan the implementation of all power modules verification work.Create and implement the verification tests used to ensure power module performance conforms with the module TRD with a focus on power PCBA's and ATE for production.Ensure the correct implementation of the verification tests used to ensure power module performance conforms with the module TRD.Liaise closely with the test team (within ETS) to execute all the verification tests.Ensure documentation requested for Technical Authoring is delivered on-time with expected quality.Help to establish and continue to improve linkages within the team, out to the larger organisation and to external stakeholders.Promote team culture by living the core values: Creativity, Integrity, Respect, and the Notice-Help-Agree behaviour.About you Deep knowledge of High Power electronics, Power Circuit Topologies, and Control systems (inverter, DC/DC, IGBTs, MOSFETs, vehicle communication networks including CANbus and associate protocols, signal conditioning, and filter circuitry).High Power Electronics experience – both at a circuit level and component level - Rectifier circuits, IGBT, MOSFET, Barrier diodes, power conversion devices – magnetics, inductors, rectifiers.Product experience may cover – power conversion, independent power systems, high power/high current systems – KV/KW levels, BMS platforms.Experience in design for EMC, DFM/DFT considerations as well as design for volume manufacture.Experience using simulation tools for power / frequency / integrity / thermal assessments (MATLAB/Simulink, Simplorer, LTSpice, Maxwell, etc.).Capable of working in a reactive and pressured environment.Good communication, negotiation, and project management skills.Ability to consistently work to a high standard with minimal supervision; self-motivated.Process and people focused.Strong attention to detail and analytical problem solver.What's on offer Our people are our most important asset.
