We are committed to expanding our business to deliver fully integrated services and projects that add value for our clients, our people, and the communities in which we work.GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG).As a Project Administrator, you are a pivotal part of our Queensland team, and will support across multiple projects and sites to aid Project Managers and Site Supervisors.You will be responsible for flights and accommodation bookings, review of timesheet entries, assisting the Gladstone Workshop Lead, day-to-day office maintaining, using various systems to ensure accurate records of data, and accepting deliveries.This role is based within our new Gladstone office Monday to Friday.Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):Liaising with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure rosters are updated promptly and accurately, while coordinating all travel and accommodation requirements for site teams.Administer and assist with all functions in relation to goods in and out of the warehouse/workshop facility.Create Purchase Orders for workshop facility where required.Day-to-day management of Gladstone Office administration tasks.Monthly credit card reconciliation.Providing support within the broader administration team.Qualifications & Experience Required:Previous experience within a Project Administration capacity – Oil & Gas experience advantageous.Experience with booking flights, accommodation, and training requirements for FIFO workers.Forklift Licence – advantageous to have prior to employment, or training will be provided.Use of SAP or MEX systems – or similar systems e.g., Maximo.What we offer:Immediate Start.Competitive annual salary, paid monthly and reviewed annually.Join an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic team.Pathways and support to grow and develop into further positions.If you would like to be considered, please feel free to apply your details now ensuring you complete the screening questions.
