ResponsibilitiesProvide supervision to Concrete Agitator Drivers (company & Lorry Owner Drivers)Coordinate plant maintenanceSupervision of batching staffControl staff working hoursManage stocks of raw materialsEnsure safety, health, environmental and Chain of Responsibility requirements are metEnsure a high level of customer service What you will need to succeedExperience in a supervisor position in the construction materials industryBe able to identify opportunities for improved operational efficienciesA strong customer both internal and external service focusExcellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skillsOur BusinessHy-Tec is a leading supplier of premixed concrete, aggregates, and sands to various construction sectors.
