Main Responsibilities:
* Drive significant improvements in supplier delivery performance through comprehensive audits and assessments.
* Work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Production) to animate supplier delivery performance.
* Evaluate ad-hoc Supplier Capacity and Supply Chain Capability.
* Lead initiatives to improve Supplier Delivery Performance metrics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies.
About You:

* Suggested Skills:
o Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
o Understanding of conducting Light Supply Chain Audit (LSCA), Full Supply Chain Audit (FSCA), and Capacity Assessment (CA).
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
