**GP Training Liaison Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to collaborate with medical education teams, practice managers, and supervisors in the Nepean, Western & Northern Sydney region.
**About the Role**
In this part-time (0.1 FTE – 3.8 hours per week) fixed-term opportunity, you will work closely with our Regional Operations Manager, medical education teams, Practice Manager Liaison Officer, Supervisor Liaison Officer, and management to carry out GP training.
**Key Responsibilities**
Advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP registrars participating in RACGP training programs.
Support medical education through module updates, resource evaluation, and addressing queries from members, staff, participants, and training organizations.
Assist the Training Programs Department in supporting day-to-day questions relating to any medical education aspects of the program.
Work with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.
**Requirements**
Experience in general practice performance assessment and education/training development.
Completed at least six (6) months of GP community-based training within the AGPT program.
Strong communication and advocacy skills.
Passion for assisting registrars and GP training.
