Key Responsibilities
* Partner with HR Manager and Head of HR on strategic initiatives to enable business performance, including talent management, engagement, and performance.
* Deliver the annual people plan.
* Collaborate with functional business teams and work closely with People Managers to maximise people performance.
* Understand the business beyond the HR function and influence the overall organisation to ensure superior operations and business outcomes.
Description
This role is responsible for proactively leading all aspects of tactical HR support and advice for managers and employees across four departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations & Administration) within Red Bull Australia.
Commencing in April, this position is a 12-month contract that requires the ability to identify and execute strategic initiatives to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR functions and be able to influence the overall organisation to achieve superior outcomes.
The successful candidate will partner directly with functional business teams and People Managers to maximise people performance, understand the business beyond the HR function, and deliver results-driven solutions to meet business objectives.
