They boast an impressive executive leadership team who will continue to drive the strategy.Reporting directly into an experienced CFO, the FP&A/Commercial Manager will spearhead the execution and monitoring of best practice business processes across the organisation to help drive growth and maximise earnings. They will oversee financial governance and performance measurement frameworks in partnership with the senior management team.Key Responsibilities include:Commercial support, business performance management and strategy: Establish, monitor and enforce key business performance process and metrics driving operational efficiency and earning improvements.Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.Provide insightful analysis to all areas of the business including sales, production and operations.Collaborate with the Sales Revenue Management Team to unlock Strategic Revenue Management Opportunities.Lead, motivate and coach the finance team by building capability across the function in order to deliver service excellence to the organisation.Monthly reporting of key results for the senior executive team.Skills & ExperiencesYou will be an experienced commercial finance professional with a proven track record in a 'product oriented' background (retail, FMCG, manufacturing), having ideally had experience in larger corporates as well as smaller, growing companies. Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about challenging the 'status quo', with a keen eye to improve capability in an imperfect environment. Strong analytical skills combined with strong influencing skills will be crucial to the success of this role.
