Key Responsibilities:
* Manage internal and external visitors through the precinct, maintaining high standards of security
* Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
* Work with visitor management software to efficiently manage visitor data
Requirements:
* Previous concierge or reception experience in a corporate head office or high-end hotel
* Impeccable presentation and well-groomed appearance
* Excellent computer skills and knowledge of visitor management software (desirable)
* Strong ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods
