About the role: We are thrilled to offer multiple dynamic opportunities for a Graduate Construction Manager to join our team.
Our structured two-year program features a nurturing environment for growth and development.
You will have the chance to contribute to exciting substations and transmission lines projects, working in a fast-paced setting where your ideas are valued and your contributions have a meaningful impact.
As part of this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work on project sites across the country, gaining hands-on experience in managing all aspects of construction projects.
This includes overseeing safety, time, cost, quality, and subcontractor management.
Additionally, you will have the chance to complete a Certificate IV in Health and Safety while building valuable, real-world experience in the field.
